We focus on providing customers with high-quality customized forging solutions. Our company has introduced multiple advanced large-scale press forging production lines such as 1000T, 1600T, 2500T, 4000T, and 8000T, and is equipped with rolling ring production lines and swing rolling production lines, forming a complete production system covering multiple forging processes. These advanced devices enable us to efficiently handle the production needs of forgings ranging from small and medium-sized to ultra large. We have established comprehensive supporting facilities, including machining workshops, mold processing workshops, heat treatment workshops, and physical and chemical testing centers, to ensure that every link from raw materials to finished products undergoes strict quality control. In addition, we are equipped with over 100 deep processing machines, further enhancing the accuracy and added value of our products.

With strong production capacity, the company has the ability to produce 30000 tons of forged parts and 300000 sets of excavator chassis components annually, and can provide customers with large-scale and high-quality forged products. Our products cover customized forgings, hot press forgings, steel forgings, aluminum forgings, alloy steel forgings, and stainless steel forgings, widely used in heavy machinery, general machinery, rail transportation, energy, construction, power equipment and other fields.

Core products and services

 Customized forging: We provide one-stop customized forging services from design to production according to the special needs of our customers. Whether it’s complex geometric shapes or strict performance requirements, our engineering team ensures that every product meets the highest standards through advanced forging processes and equipment. Customized forgings are widely used in industries such as aerospace, automotive, energy, and heavy machinery.

Hot press forging: Hot press forging is one of our core processes. By heating the metal to high temperatures and applying continuous pressure, we are able to produce complex components with high strength and excellent precision. This process is particularly suitable for manufacturing large, high load components, such as automotive chassis parts, engineering machinery parts, etc.

Steel forgings: We use high-quality steel and produce high-strength and durable steel forgings through precise forging processes. These products exhibit excellent wear resistance, fatigue resistance, and toughness, and are widely used in key components such as gears, shafts, and connecting rods.

Aluminum forgings: Aluminum forgings are one of our featured products.
